Recessed in 2'×2' and 2'×4' sizes for T-bar/tegular grid ceilings or drywall ceilings with a trim kit, it pairs a central Environmentally Protected Direct Optic (EPDO) — a gasketed polycarbonate lens flanked by white side-kicking reflectors — with side optics available as a Uniform Lambertian Optic (ULO, frosted acrylic) or Nano-Prismatic Optic (NPO). Independent function control drives Exam and Ambient modes, with an optional Medico Plus Reading Function (MPRF) module adding a 537–1338 lm reading light in 10°–90° beams. Delivered output (side + center) runs from 4000 lm on the 2'×2' to 12 500 lm on the 2'×4' — meeting IES RP-29-16 when total output is at least 11 000 lm at a 9' mounting height — with efficacy published up to 120 lm/W. The light source is a custom mid-flux LED array in 2700/3000/3500/4000K at 80+ CRI (90+ CRI with elevated R9 optional, 3 SDCM), with BIOS SkyBlue Static/Dynamic circadian and Full Spectrum options that raise the Cyanosis Observation Index; Chromawerx SOLA and DUO tuning are also available.
