Carda is ON LIGHT's high-output LED family sharing one Bridgelux-based engine and EZ Swap tool-less reflector system across three forms: Carda, a 7" round recessed downlight (Ø125 mm aperture, 7" opening) delivering 2,000–10,500 lm (14–80 W); Carda System, a 7×7" square recessed frame in single, double, triple and quad multi-head configurations at the same 2,000–10,500 lm-per-head output; and Carda Cylinder, a 6" (Ø150 mm) × 12" surface luminaire mountable to wall, a standard 4" ceiling junction box, or on aircraft cable at 10, 15 or 20 ft, delivering 3,000–12,000 lm (25–90 W). Nominal efficacy reaches 196 LM/W. Standard white CCTs are 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 4000K (tunable-white 1800K–6500K variants offered; food-color renderings for bread, meat and fish available), and CRI options are 84 (nominal, min 80), 90 and 97 at 3-step MacAdam consistency. Faceted pure-aluminum reflectors ship in 15°, 24°, 36°, 60° and 72° beam spreads, and the double-gimbal trim pivots up to 38°. Drivers offer 0–10V (0.1–5%), DALI and DMX with 120V, 277V or 347V input; an integral emergency battery with 90-minute illumination is available on the 23 W / 2,600 lm option. The textured powder-coat finish comes in RAL 9016 white, RAL 9005 black, RAL 9006 silver and custom colors. Photometrically tested to IESNA LM-79 by an NVLAP-accredited lab with LM-80 lumen maintenance, rated 50,000 hours for dry locations, CSA certified to US and Canadian standards, RoHS, and backed by a 5-year system warranty; luminaires are assembled in Beloeil, Canada.
