MRI Pixel is the MRI-safe member of Axis Lighting's Pixel micro-downlight family, part of the BalancedCare collection for magnetic-resonance imaging suites. Of non-ferrous construction and independently tested and certified to MIL-STD-461-G for conducted and radiated emissions, it uses a patent-pending mixing-chamber optic for glare-free visual comfort in a deep square-in-square architectural downlight trim. Driven at 24V constant voltage from a separately ordered remote power supply via MOLEX quick-connect, each MikroLite cell delivers a typical 500 lm at 3500K: the 2×2 square form (four cells) and 1×4 linear form produce 500 lm/unit at 5 W, and the 1×8 linear form 1000 lm at 10 W (~100 lm/W). It is 90 CRI across 3000/3500/4000/5000K, with three beam spreads — 38°, 55° (standard), and 60°. Modules recess into 15/16-inch or 1½-inch T-bar and are available in aluminum paint, antimicrobial white, black, or custom finish. Certified to UL and CSA, suitable for damp locations, NSF approved, and rated L85 at 50,000 hours with a limited 5-year warranty.
