Catalina is Picasso Lighting's very-low-profile modular system for designing coves and task lighting from LED boards rather than tape. The brushed-aluminum extrusion measures thirteen thirty-seconds of an inch tall (just over three eighths) by one and one eighth inches wide, and builds runs from modular sections of 4, 8, 12, 24, 47.8, and 95.6 inches plus custom and mixed lengths, connected by large bi-pin male/female connectors; a wiring option curves the 4-inch module into a radius. The LED performance table publishes 250, 350, and 500 lm/ft direct packages at 3.3-4.8 W/ft (76-104 lm/W at 3000K) behind a matte clear lens, with a frosted lens for specular surfaces (reduces output 25%) and custom lumen outputs available — Picasso calculates the remote drivers needed from the LPF requirement and can tune drivers to a specific output. Standard CCTs run 2700K to 4000K in 80+ or 90+ CRI (3 SDCM), with tunable white 2700-5000K available. Mounting clips are supplied in fixed or adjustable surface versions. Remote drivers are UL-recognized, universal 110-277 VAC, in non-dim or 0-10V 1% dimming at 120/277 V, with Lutron EcoSystem 1% and custom controls optional and Lutron Athena wireless nodes and a remote emergency battery driver as options.
