Petals is OCL's sculptural pendant, an extruded-aluminum ring dressed with field-installable 5 mm frosted white acrylic petals over a silicone diffuser that eliminates pixelation, on an extremely minimal 1.75" × 1.75" square profile. It is offered in five diameters — 24", 36", 48", 60", and 72" — with two integrated LED outputs (3500K, 80+ CRI): LED1 delivers 1,130 lm (21 W) at 24", 1,620 lm (32 W) at 36", 2,150 lm (42 W) at 48", 3,050 lm (53 W) at 60", and 3,920 lm (64 W) at 72"; the higher LED2 output delivers 1,890 lm (35 W) at 24", 2,700 lm (50 W) at 36", 3,300 lm (60 W) at 48", 5,130 lm (80 W) at 60", and 6,560 lm (95 W) at 72". The light source is available at 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K in 80+ CRI (also 90+ CRI, R9 > 50, apply a 0.85 lumen multiplier), plus tunable white (2700–6500K) and RGBW options (wattage/lumen data pending LM-79). Hanging systems use angled or vertical aircraft cables and a power cord, shipping with a field-adjustable 48", 100", or 144" overall height; fixtures can be clustered for large-scale installations and custom sizes and shapes are available. The welded extruded-aluminum body is finished in OCL's powder-coat and premium-metal palette. Dimming is 0-10V to 1% standard, with dual 0-10V, DALI Type 8, and DMX to 0.1% optional. Running on 120–277V, Petals is ETL listed to UL 1598 for dry locations (damp label optional), BABA compliant, RoHS compliant, and carries a 5-year warranty. A Petals Acoustic version adds sound-absorbing panels. Designed and fabricated in St. Louis, Missouri.
