Tubis is ON LIGHT's sealed tubular LED linear industrial luminaire (built with PRACHT), a moisture-proof fixture whose seamless polycarbonate or Prachtopal® (PMMA) tube resists acids and alkalis for heavy industrial, food-processing, pool, and parking applications. It is offered in 2.3 ft (725 mm), 4 ft (1285 mm), and 5 ft (1565 mm) lengths on a Ø90 mm (3.54") housing, in single- or twin-LED-row builds. Delivered output runs from 2,266 lm (16 W) to 9,800 lm (84 W): the 2.3 ft delivers 2,266 lm (16 W) and 2,695 lm (20 W); the 4 ft delivers 3,900–6,500 lm single (34–44 W) and 7,800–9,600 lm twin (60–68 W); and the 5 ft delivers 4,900–8,000 lm single (35–54 W) and 8,100–9,800 lm twin (52–84 W), at up to 160 lm/W. Standard CCTs are 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K, and 6500K at 80+ CRI (90 CRI on request) with 3-step MacAdam consistency. Optics ship as spot (12°), flood (29°), wide flood (50°), medium beam (90°), or wide beam (135°), plus an asymmetric wall-wash (33°/13°). Drivers are Class 2 with 0–10V dimming to 5% or 0.1%, DALI, and Casambi at 120V, 277V, or 347V (0.1%/DALI/Casambi are not available at 347V). The luminaire carries IP65, IP68, and IP69K cap-lock ratings, IK08 (Prachtopal) or IK06 (polycarbonate) impact protection, short age-resistant silicone seals, and resistance to chlorine, acids, lye, and ammonia; it operates from −40°C up to +50°C. Mounting is surface (ceiling), pendant, wall, or continuous-row via custom stainless-steel clips. LED lumen maintenance is tested per IESNA LM-80 (L80/B10 up to 100,000 hrs, L70/B50 100,000 hrs at 25°C), the fixture is CSA certified to US and Canadian safety standards, Lighting Facts qualified, and IFS food-standard certified (NSF on request), backed by a 5-year comprehensive system warranty; luminaires are assembled in Beloeil, Canada.
