Minear is Lumenwerx's collection of miniature, made-to-order luminaires, built around a Balanced Lambertian Optic (BLO) — a satin-diffuse acrylic lens whose micro-textured surface produces a soft, glare-controlled 110° distribution. The linear profile comes in three apertures — 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" — recessed (drywall mud flange) or surface mounted, with the 3/4" model additionally offered as a coaxial-powered-suspension pendant and the 1/2" model available in an asymmetric version for wall-wash and directional emphasis. A companion Minear Ring carries the same 1/2" aperture in rolled-and-welded aluminum diameters from 18" to 72", pendant-mounted for direct or direct/indirect distribution, singly or in grouped compositions. Delivered output runs 150, 200, and 350 lm/ft on the 3/8" and 1/2" profiles and adds 500 and 600 lm/ft high-output packages on the 3/4", while rings are specified by total lumen package (450–3000 lm direct, 900–6000 lm direct/indirect). Fixtures are built in standard lengths of 1' to 8' and continuous runs beyond 8' — a joiner bridge is visible every 8' (every 16' on the 3/4") — in 1' and 4" increments. Static-white LEDs are offered in 2700/3000/3500/4000/5000K (rings to 4000K) at a minimum 80+ CRI, or 90+ CRI with elevated R9, held within 3 SDCM, with LM-80-tested L80 lumen maintenance beyond 60,000 hours. The universal 120–277V (or 347V) driver dims 100–1% on 0–10V, with Lutron Hi-lume 1% Eco, eldoLED 1% ECOdrive and 0.1% SOLOdrive, ELV, TRIAC, and DALI options, plus PoE compatibility. Extruded-aluminum housing with an acrylic lens is finished in matte white, matte black, aluminum, or custom RAL. ETL listed to UL 1598 and CSA C22.2 No. 250.0 for indoor dry/damp locations, IC-rated for recessed mounting, and backed by a five-year limited warranty.
