Arro is Lumenwerx's family of suspended pendants, instantly recognizable by their triangular-prism form. It spans two apertures: Arro 2, with a compact 2-inch base offering Direct distribution in single sections from 2 to 8 ft plus continuous runs (maximum 8 ft segments); and Arro 4, with a 4-inch base that adds a Direct/Indirect distribution and continuous runs in up to 12 ft segments. Both use the High-Efficiency Lambertian Optic (HLO) — a 0.075-inch diffusing acrylic shield with up to 88% transmission over matte-white side reflectors — for smooth, uniform luminosity, while Arro 4's indirect side adds the Soft Indirect Optic (SIO). Delivered output spans 350 to 1200 lm/ft (Arro 2: 350/500/750 lm/ft; Arro 4 direct: 350/500/750/1000/1200 lm/ft, indirect: 350/500 lm/ft), with efficacy published up to 146 lm/W. The Arro 4 Acoustix variant delivers the same photometrics fitted with sound-dampening felt — a 100% polyester panel using up to 50% recycled PET with an ASTM E-84 Class A fire rating — offered in 4/6/8/10/12 ft lengths with 10 standard and 20 premium felt colors, a coordinating body/end-cap detail, and a Widespread Indirect Optic (WIO2) on the indirect side. Static-white or full-spectrum LEDs are available in 2700/3000/3500/4000K at 80, 90 (elevated R9, 3 SDCM), or 95 CRI, tested to IESNA LM-80 with L80 lumen maintenance beyond 60,000 hours. Fixtures dim 100–1% on 0–10V as standard, with Lutron Hi-lume 1% Eco, eldoLED 1% ECOdrive and 0.1% SOLOdrive, ELV, TRIAC, and DALI driver options, universal 120–277V input (347V available), and PoE compatibility. Finished in matte white, matte black, aluminum, or custom RAL; ETL listed to UL 1598 and CSA C22.2 No. 250.0 for indoor dry/damp locations; backed by a five-year limited warranty.
