The Linear Continuous (LW-EB-LC) is aaline's fourth-generation suspended continuous-run luminaire from the Linear Embedded platform, machined in Toronto, ON from two CNC-cut, selection-cut FSC-certified hardwood bodies that house the LED engine. Engineered as a modular system with no restriction on total length, each section is manufactured at 8 ft and under (minimum run 5 ft, in 1 ft increments) and joined with precision hardware for visually continuous runs of any length. Delivered output spans roughly 624 to 1786 lumens per foot depending on optic, CCT, and drive level — the direct engine is rated at 650 / 1000 / 1514 lm/ft (6.2 / 9.5 / 14.4 W/ft, up to ~115 lm/W) and the indirect engine at 726 / 1117 / 1692 lm/ft, with figures shown at 3500K/90 CRI and ±5% across optics and CCT. Direct optics include Lambertian, Oval, Wide, Extra Wide, and Asymmetric; indirect optics include Lambertian, Batwing Wide, Batwing Extra Wide, and Asymmetric, in Direct, Indirect, or Direct + Indirect (dual-circuit) distributions. The programmable driver runs on 110–277V AC, integrated or remote, with 0-10V (standard), TRIAC/ELV, or DALI dimming and a standard 5 ft suspension cable. LED colour temperatures are 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K, all at 90+ CRI. Wood bodies are offered in Walnut, White Oak, Cherry, Hard Maple, White Ash, and Engineered Wood, finished in clear satin lacquer (standard), Danish Oil, or zero-VOC ECO Coat, painted Satin Black/White, or premium FENIX NTM laminate.
